Hello my friends πŸ’œ

The most important thing you can do is care for yourself – and that is what I have been doing. Filling my cup. Clearing my mind.

If there is one thing I truly believe it is that the journey to total wellness starts and ends from within. No matter the physical transformation you achieve, if you have not done any healing inside you will not be able to exist at your fullest potential.

So that’s been my busy this past month. My anxiety and depression ebb and flow, and of late, those tides have been rising like those in Houston. I have managed to tread, and the flood waters are finally receding.

Today I got to spend the day with my extended family for my two nephew’s birthdays. I was approached on multiple occasions asking where my motivational posts have been. My aunt asked me for advice in her journey. I was touched by their concern, and realized that my work is not done.

So while I have been keeping my head down, know that I am still here for you all πŸ’œ

I have been thinking about my next steps and I wanted to know your thoughts. If I create a group that will run year round, changing themes with the seasons, and focus on topics relevant to all of you (like mental health) would you join?

Hey guys!

Man, I really suck at this blogging thing… I have so much to share! No worries though, I’m not going to vomit it all here right now lol.

Just wanted to stop by and let you know that I’m working on rebranding! The name just doesn’t fit me anymore, or my team! If I am able, I’ll rename this site and you’ll be just fine.
